NOS Softphone 2.2

The NOS Softphone app is available to NOS Business customers with the Smart Central subscribed product. It allows you to make calls from your fixed number outside the office through your Smartphone and / or Tablet, from a Wi-Fi network or 3G / 4G mobile data. In addition, you can use your roaming mobile voice service when abroad, at no extra cost, via Wi-Fi.
With the NOS Softphone App you can:
• Make calls through your Smartphone and / or Tablet with your fixed telephone number;
• Answer calls made to your landline phone out of the office, or to your roaming mobile phone when abroad;
• Use your out-of-office or roaming tariff when abroad without additional charges;
• Access voicemail;
• Explore and take advantage of the Intelligent Switchboard functionalities in mobility;
• Check the call log;
• Create the contact list and integrate it with contacts from your Smartphone or Tablet;
• Easily connect to voicemail via direct command;

What do I need?
• Smartphone or tablet with an Android 4.1.x or higher operating system
• Wi-Fi or 3G / 4G mobile data connection;
• Be a NOS customer with the active Intelligent Central product
How to get started?
1. Activate the App NOS Softphone service at areadecliente.nos.pt (next you will receive an SMS with the access code to the App NOS Softphone);
2. Download the NOS Softphone App on Google Play;
3. Set up your account.
